Sabres recall Justin Bailey from Amerks

March 9, 2018

The Buffalo Sabres have announced they’ve recalled forward Justin Bailey from the Rochester Americans.

Bailey, who was drafted by Buffalo in the second round (52nd overall) of the 2013 NHL Draft, has six goals and four assists in 27 games with the Amerks.

This call-up will be Bailey’s 2nd of the season. In his first call-up, he tallied two goals and one assist in 7 games played.

The injury-riddled season for Bailey has hindered his chance to become a regular for the Sabres.
